Refund policy

At Motiyaar.com, we want you to be happy with your jewelry purchase. If you are not satisfied with an eligible item, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions below.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange:

• The request must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.
• The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
• The product must be returned with its original packaging, tags, accessories, and any complimentary items supplied with the order.
• The product must not have been damaged, altered, scratched, or otherwise affected after delivery.
• Proof of purchase or your Motiyaar.com order details may be required.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, personalization, and product-integrity reasons, certain products may not qualify for return or exchange, including:

• Customized or personalized jewelry
• Products altered or resized specifically at the customer's request
• Items showing signs of wear, misuse, damage, or alteration
• Items returned without their original packaging or included accessories
• Certain hygiene-sensitive jewelry where applicable

Any product specifically marked Final Sale, Non-Returnable, or otherwise excluded from returns on its product page will also not qualify unless it arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

Please provide:

• Your order number
• Clear photographs or video of the product
• Photographs of the packaging where relevant
• A brief description of the issue

Once verified, we will arrange an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, exchange, or refund.

Products sent back without first contacting Motiyaar.com may not be accepted.

Free Returns

Motiyaar.com offers a 7 Days Free Return facility for eligible orders under this policy. The availability and method of return pickup may depend on your delivery location and courier coverage.

If the returned product does not meet our return conditions, applicable return or redelivery charges may become the customer's responsibility.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed through an appropriate available payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank, payment provider, or original method of payment.

Shipping or other service charges may be non-refundable except where an order was incorrect, damaged, defective, or where otherwise required under applicable law.

Exchanges

Eligible products may be exchanged subject to stock availability.

If the replacement item has a different price, the customer may be required to pay the difference. Where the replacement costs less, any applicable balance will be handled according to the payment and refund methods available at the time.

Color and Appearance

Jewelry colors and finishes may appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography, screen settings, and individual devices. Minor visual differences that do not represent a product defect may not qualify as damage.

Fair Use

We reserve the right to decline returns where we reasonably believe the policy is being misused, including repeated excessive returns, damaged returned products, or suspected fraudulent activity, subject to applicable consumer rights.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights available to customers under applicable Pakistani law.
